As a former general counsel at an international tech company and advisor to global corporations, she combines law and technology. As CEO of PyleHound and partner at gunnercooke, she is an expert in IT law, data protection, and AI, successfully operating at the intersection of precision, technology, and entrepreneurship.
Driven by the conviction that legal work must be smarter, faster, and significantly more efficient, Franka founded PyleHound. Prior to this, she worked for many years at the intersection of law and technology—both as general counsel at an international tech company and advising growth companies and global corporations.
In addition to her role as CEO of PyleHound, she is a partner at gunnercooke, where she advises on IT law, data protection, compliance, and artificial intelligence. Her clients range from ambitious AI and SaaS start-ups to multinational corporations, medical technology companies, and players in the entertainment industry.
Franka studied law at the University of Tübingen and earned her doctorate in IT law at Saarland University. Since the beginning of her career, she has been working at the intersection of legal precision, technological progress, and entrepreneurial thinking.
In her free time, she is a passionate surfer and travels around the world in search of good waves.
